How to order
All stationery can be ordered through our website, however if you wish to make a custom order, please contact us at nividesign1@gmail.com.
Layout proofs
When ordering your wedding stationery, we offer the option of a preview layout of your wedding stationery. This is to make sure that you are happy before production commences. The process for wedding invitations may entail a couple of revisions before finalising the layouts. We do not check any spellings or grammatical errors so we would suggest that you spend time checking this before approval.
Languages
Our wedding stationery is shipped around the world. Some of our early save the date cards with magnets are pre-printed and cannot be changed but we can offer a change of text for a small additional fee, this can be seen on the product page. Our newer cards for our save the date magnets, can be customised to foreign languages as long as the font has the options. If you are interested, please get in touch at nividesign1@gmail.com
Production time
Save the dates - 1 to 2 weeks
Wedding invitations - 2 to 4 weeks depending on quantity and approval.
Bespoke wedding invitations - 4 to 8 weeks
Welcome signs, Table plans & Menu cards - delivered 2 weeks before the wedding
All other "on the day" stationery - delivered 2 weeks before the wedding
Dispatch days
Most orders are dispatched on Wednesday
This is dependant on approval of layouts.
Delivery Options
United Kingdom
Royal Mail 48 (delivery 3 to 5 working days) - Free Delivery
Royal Mail 24 (delivery 1 to 3 working days) - £4.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm - £14.99
International Rates - Delivery to US and Europe are shown in British Pounds. You can see the cost of shipping in your currency when you reach the checkout.
United States
Royal Mail International Tracked (Orders up to £15) - £12.99
Royal Mail International Tracked (Orders over £15) - £24.99
DHL Express - £35.00
Royal Mail International to the US takes approx. 5 to 14 working days but can take up to 28 working days depending on state location and customs. Tracking information is provided on dispatch and can be tracked at www.royalmail.com and then with www.usps.com once it has entered the US.
DHL Express to the US takes 1 to 3 days to deliver to most parts of the US. More details will be provided upon dispatch with estimated delivery dates.
Please notice, you may be required to pay state tax on the parcel on arrival. This is not included in the cost of the order. All international orders will have customs declaration on the package required by law.
EU Countries
The rules around posting to EU countries including Ireland has changed.
For orders to the EU order, these are subject to tax at the border.
If you are ordering under the value of €150 please visit our Etsy store. Etsy will collect the correct VAT for orders under €150 and relevant customs details can be applied on parcel.

Royal Mail International to the Australia & New Zealand takes approx. 14 to 21 working days but can take up to 28 working days depending on location and customs. Tracking information is provided on dispatch and can be tracked at www.royalmail.com and then with your postal company in your country with a link provided by Royal Mail.
DHL Express to the Australia takes 7 to 10 days to deliver. More details will be provided upon dispatch with estimated delivery dates.
Please notice, you will be required to pay GST on arrival. This is not included in the cost of the order. All international orders will have customs declaration on the package required by law.
